NCDBA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that advocates for the needs and rights of individuals who are Deaf-Blind.
NCDBA History
NCDBA was formed in 1984 by Sue Etheridge and Johnny Washington. Take some time to learn about the history of NCDBA and how the organization was created. Included is a history Camp Dogwood Deaf-Blind Weekend.
Board of Directors
NCDBA has between seven to eight Board members. Currently there are seven members who were elected in July 2023. Board members serve two-year terms. Learn more about the current Board of Directors.
